PULOKA is committed to strict quality control and ensures that all products are manufactured according to the specifications agreed upon with our customers. As we operate exclusively as a manufacturer, we do not provide return or exchange services once production is completed and the order has been shipped.

However, we provide several quality assurance measures before shipment to ensure that every order meets the required standards.

1. Pre-Shipment Inspection & Product Confirmation

To help customers verify product quality before dispatch, PULOKA offers the following support:

Sample confirmation before mass production

Video confirmation of final products to ensure they match the approved sample

On-site inspection at our factory before packaging (customers or their appointed agents may visit for inspection)

If any adjustments to materials or components are required due to supply changes, PULOKA will inform the customer immediately and confirm the updated details via video or photos before proceeding.

2. No Return or Exchange Service After Delivery

As a manufacturing supplier, PULOKA does not accept:

Returns or exchanges after the order has been shipped

Change-of-mind requests

Requests based on color, design, or preference changes

Requests caused by issues related to logistics, shipping, or customs (these are managed by the customer or their freight forwarder)

Once the customer has approved the sample and confirmed the final production details, all delivered goods will be considered accepted and final.

3. Products Purchased Through Distributors

If your PULOKA product was purchased through an authorized distributor or reseller, please contact the distributor directly for any after-sales inquiries.

Distributors manage their own policies regarding exchanges, refunds, and warranty issues.

4. OEM & ODM Support

PULOKA specializes in OEM and ODM manufacturing services, and we are committed to meeting the customized needs of our clients.

We work closely with customers during each stage of product development—from sample creation to final production—to ensure the finished goods meet the agreed specifications.
